What we collect, and why
The contact form
When you request a demo or send us a message, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the system you use today, your fleet size if you give it, and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for a demo, to arrange one. We do not sell it, rent it or add it to third-party marketing lists.
The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which stores a copy of each submission so that it can be forwarded to our email. Formspree's handling of that copy is covered by its privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate counts, not individual visitors.
Server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider's servers record requests (page address, time, IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider and are not used to identify visitors.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser requests them from Google's servers, which may log the request.
Links to other sites
The Remote Support button opens a session page run by our remote-support provider (GoToAssist). That page is covered by the provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep your enquiry
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. If you would like us to delete your message, call us and we will.
Your choices
- You can contact us by phone instead of the form if you prefer not to send anything through the website.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
